Meet Jim Shallow – Vietnam veteran, retired Pitt County Schools educator, and current PCC VISIONS High School Coordinator. For the past seven years, Jim has worked with the VISIONS Career Development and Scholarship Program. In his role, he provides academic and career guidance and mentoring to the program’s high school participants. Jim also helps recruit new students to the program with the goal of helping them complete high school and move into higher education or the workplace.
